  • Only the cardholder can earn points on each bill.
  • Only one card may be used per bill.
  • Points and/or vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to tip the waitron or to buy gift vouchers.
  • This card or membership is not transferable.
  • Points and benefits apply when ordering take aways.
  • Points may be accumulated from 1 March through to 28 February each year and may be redeemed during this period. If not redeemed, points will expire annually on 28 February, provided that three years have elapsed from the date on which the points were accumulated.
  • All points and vouchers not used within 3 years of acquiring them will expire.
  • A fee of R25 including VAT will be charged for the replacement of lost card.
  • Benefits, accumulation and redemption of points are only valid on presentation of the card or One Time Pin (OTP) from the mobile app.
  • Points and vouchers may only be redeemed by the registered holder of the card.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without notice although such suspension or termination shall not be effected without appropriate justification.
  • Any dispute in relation to any aspect of the program will be determined by any director of Cape Town Fish Market or his nominee, whose decision will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Cape Town Fish Market reserves the right to change the benefits, terms and conditions at any time, with reasonable notification which will be recorded on our website and such notice period will apply from date of such publication.
  • Members shall have no claims whatsoever against Cape Town Fish Market (or any of its franchisees) for any damages incurred as a result of their participation in the program.
  • The programme is subject to any peremptory provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (as amended) (including any regulations framed there under) applicable to this programme. Any such applicable provisions shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference therein.

Birthday Voucher:

  • Your birthday voucher is valid on your next visit, after obtaining your card and with proof of identification.
  • The birthday voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of your birthday.
  • Your birthday voucher can be redeemed only once.

20% Off:

  • Members get 20% discount on entire bill between 4pm and 6pm daily.
  • To qualify for the discount, items must be rung up on the till system by the waiter between 4pm and 6pm.
  • At 6pm the till system (controlled by head office) will revert to regular price(s).
  • This benefit is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers.
  • No take-aways. All meals must be eaten on the premises.

How to accrue your points using your card:

  • Hand your card to your waitron when paying your bill.
  • Your waitron will swipe your card through the point of sale.
  • You will then receive a printed receipt verifying your transaction.

How to accrue your points using your mobile app:

  • Give your One Time Pin (OTP) to the waiter before paying the bill.
  • Your waitron will enter the OTP in the Point of Sale (POS) terminal.
  • You will then receive a printed receipt verifying your transaction.

How to redeem your points:

  • On the next visit to one of our stores the points are yours to spend.
  • Hand your card to your waitron when paying your bill or give the OTP from the mobile app and  indicate the number of points that you want to redeem against that particular transaction.
  • A statement of all your transactions and your balance (number of points) can be obtained on our website,, the mobile app, as well as in-store.
  • Your points on a specific transaction will reflect immediately on our system.
